Jobs can be added to the system by yourself or directly by your clients through the customer login.

For each job, multiple instructions may be created, such as erecting the board, changing the slip or collecting.

For multiple van operations, jobs can be automatically assigned to vans based on postcode, each van can be assigned a set of postcodes of you choice, the system will then automatically filter jobs into the correct van based on the postcode. Itemized job sheets can then be printed for each van.

Jobs can be viewed on the go with any internet device. You can even update the status of each job as you go, providing live job tracking to your customers.

Invoicing

With sign hub solutions board management system, invoicing is effortless, invoicing can be automatically generated at a touch of a button, including fully itemized job listings, per customer, after each invoice is generated it can be customized by you and additional charges or items can be manually added and edited including pricing.

Say goodbye to credit notes!

At the click of a button you can bulk email all invoices to your customers, or if you prefer to check and individually send this option is also available.
